As Account and Project Manager, I led the end-to-end print and fabrication execution for the Super Bowl LIII activation in Atlanta, GA—an ambitious, multi-location rollout across Lennox Square Mall, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Macy’s (The Lids pop-up shop), and additional retail partners.
Super Bowl timelines are uniquely challenging, with team-specific creative assets contingent on playoff outcomes. To stay ahead, we developed four complete asset packages in advance, fast-tracking production as teams advanced.
From initial mock-ups provided by HereNow to final on-site installation, I managed every detail—from sourcing and scheduling to stakeholder coordination and execution—all under an accelerated timeline.
The result: a cohesive, high-impact retail experience that matched the scale and energy of the Super Bowl.
This project sharpened my skills in agile project management, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration—all under high-pressure conditions demanding precision and speed.
